Join the ENSEMBLE Network: Next webinar on career development programming for Aboriginal Peoples

ENSEMBLE is a virtual network of professionals interested in supporting and driving diversity and inclusion in Canada's Mining Industry.

Every month the ENSEMBLE Network holds a free webinar on a featured topic presented by subject matter experts. This month’s webcast will feature Gordon Kakegamic of Oshki-Pimache-O-Win (Oshki) and Joyce Spence of Goldcorp on their successful partnership to deliver career development programming entitled Aboriginal Mining and Skilled Trades Entry Program (AMSTEP) - a unique and innovative youth workforce development and training model. AMSTEP incorporates MiHR's Mining Essentials program and other skills training and work experience interventions that serves the needs of Aboriginal youth by providing them with hands on experiences and on-the-job exposure to the mining industry in Ontario's Far North.

This webcast will be held on February 14th at 12pm EST.

By joining the Network you will also have the opportunity to have your say in some exciting new work we are starting. MiHR is filming another video to add to the Immigrant Perspective in Mining series, and we’re asking members what they think we should explore, who we should feature and where to find them! By giving us your opinion you could win a pass to PDAC, CIM Convention or an Untapped event.
