Indigenous People in Mining

Indigenous peoples comprise 6 % of the mining sector - making it the largest private sector employer of Indigenous people in Canada.

From finding innovative ways to work with Indigenous communities – to enhancing opportunities for challenge, growth and success in a variety of career paths, attracting and retaining more Indigenous people in the mining industry will require a combination of solutions.
