The projects and programs within this priority are aligned in their objective to help mining employers effectively engage all potential sources of labour including Aboriginal peoples, women, immigrants and youth.

Our work in diversity and inclusion includes employer training on gender equity and research on underutilized talent groups and barriers to  inclusion in mining. Targeted career awareness for immigrants is another pillar of this priority area.
